Monday: Crock Pot Chicken Santa Fe
That's a lot, I freeze the extra for a further night.

Tuesday: spaghetti squash with meat sauce (I serve with noodles Madison)

Sunday: Thanksgiving !! (For Mama and bring anyway)

Wednesday: Turkey soup casserole with leftover turkey

Friday: Date Night Out!

The Hasselbeck Parmesan potatoes with balsamic vinegar

Parmesan Hasselback Sweet Potatoes with Balsamic Glaze

These sweet potatoes sliced and fried garnished in the oven and then drizzled with balsamic vinegar and parmesan and fresh herbs. They can be enjoyed as a side dish for eight, or as a main vegetarian for four people.

When I the idea of leftover turkey and sweet potato in a frittata, I do not know as I do! In fact, I would make Turkey one more time, just to make this frittata. Frittatas are so versatile, you can of course use leftover chicken breast instead, or substitute another Gruyere cheese, spinach, kale, etc. This is naturally gluten-free and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a salad on the side. I wish you all had a great Thanksgiving! I enjoyed my family to my home mothers and I was the warm weather in November, we are enjoying.

My kids and I love the beef stew, but my husband does not, so I do not do as often as I would like. But I have my hands on the new cookbook Giada good food resist and I can not, a slow cooker recipe, especially with winter squash.
