Berry Quinoa Breakfast Bowls
A healthy breakfast bowl full of protein, antioxidants, vitamins, nutrients and fiber. These are easy to make and a great way to get your daily fruit. You can keep in front of the quinoa and refrigerated (or frozen) until ready to eat for a quick breakfast on the go!
I am in a small bowl the last kick, my morning with something delicious usually I start, but I'm in the mood for something softer yesterday, so I made this on. Quinoa in almond milk and cinnamon cooked, added a little more almond milk warmed my dishes when I ready to eat. I topped mine with a touch of honey and hemp seed, but you can to use sunflower seeds or nuts.
