I have so much to say about the launch of Skinnytaste Meal Planner and share a sample of my weekly meal plan for the week, it is now a ritual on Sunday. I do all my grocery shopping on Sunday, but you can do what is best for you. This is the fourth week, during the planning I realized that I have a few days away to be (in a photo shoot for my new cookbook!), So I'm one of the meals in advance for my family or keeping very simple, it no do me.
We are a family of four, so getting the remains usually full for lunch. My breakfast from Monday to Friday in the rule of simple batter, avocado toast or boiled eggs and fruit. At the weekend I will more creative than I feed the family.
This is just a guide, you can select some or all of them do dishes. I always try new dishes on the blog that I during the day to cook (you can snapchat follow, username Skinnytaste), so usually what I eat for lunch, and leftovers will never lose, because I frozen month pack you lunch, or share them with family, friends and neighbors (Come On Over!)

Monday ginger carrot soup with baguette and salad (Meatless Monday!)
Monday: Chicken Parmesan w / whole wheat spaghetti (we love the Delallo noodles)
Tuesday: Easy Bake Broccolini Sole (from cookbook Skinnytaste)
Friday: Shanghai Spiralized beef and broccoli (Yum !!)
Friday night Pizza!
Friday: dinner with friends
