Zucchini & quot; Meatballs & quot;

Zucchini "Meatballs" – delicious meatless zucchini meatballs baked and simmered in Pomodoro Sauce.

This meatless meatballs were a big hit in my house and let me try my neighbors and friends and everyone loved it! Made baked with grated zucchini, garlic, Pecorino Romano, basil, breadcrumbs and egg and bake and ended in a tomato sauce. Serve as an appetizer, Zoodles, wholemeal pasta or a slice of crusty bread on the side.


A few weeks ago I have this fantastic eggplant "meatballs" and the most common question I am in the comments and Facebook has been doing with zucchini? Since the idea, especially since I have a few giant zucchini in my accountant I have this to the test, and it turned out great! I changed the recipe a little bit of zucchini eggplant is very fluid, and it turned out well, even better than the eggplant in my opinion, and I tried all they loved!
