I think I was in an episode of Junior MasterChef heard the quote, "what grows together goes hand in hand", which is logical. Courgettes, tomatoes and basil are just made for each other, you can use a supplement, as proposed or as a main dish topped with a little chicken or grilled shrimp.
From tomatoes and zucchini in the season, I thought it would be a good time to revive this recipe files.
I use the thicker sheet metal in my vegetable slicer Spiral Paderno my Zoodles (zucchini noodles). Hopefully the largest pasta because it more bite and I'm careful not to long, do not get wet. Less than two minutes is all you need, then I quickly remove the hot pan or I will continue to cook.
