Zesty Lime Shrimp and Avocado Salad
Talk about a light, refreshing salad, no cooking required! Lemon juice and cilantro are the key to creating this wonderful salad, healthy ingredients, you will want to do all summer. Made with cooked shrimp peeled and freshest ingredients - avocados, tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro and jalapeno pepper sprinkled with freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil.
