For bakers and chocolate lovers out there - this recipe is for you! These brownies are a fun way S'mores dessert my favorite camping. Graham cracker crumbs at the bottom filled with delicious chocolate and marshmallow meringue on the top.

I adapted this recipe cookbook Kyra Bussanich, sweet cravings . Such a great cookbook for gluten-free desserts. Kyra met a few months ago, the first winner of gluten "Cupcake Wars" Food Network, where he was gluten-free cake in the program, which is pretty impressive defeated. Although sales are all gluten obviously not the light and took some work to cut calories, but I liked the end result. The original recipe uses cream in your ganache, but these are operated instead with condensed milk. I have a few other changes and all were enthusiastic.
