Pesto-Parmesan Baked Tomatoes – EASY, just 3 ingredients!

Juicy, delicious pesto roasted tomatoes and topped with grated Parmesan. If easy to do, only 3 ingredients!

There are so many things I like the summer, and the summer tomatoes are on the list above. For this recipe, the softest of the best tomatoes. I usually make my own pesto, but I did not lose a jar of pesto Delallo, and it was perfect.



Very easy, just cut the tomatoes, pesto and top with a little grated Parmesan cheese and bake. It would be delicious with mozzarella Asiago or so. Serve as a side with chicken or grilled fish, or even a simple pasta with garlic and oil.

Sometimes I cut the tomatoes into four thick slices available that is perfect on crusty bread. Note that while consuming more cheese and pesto, so the calorie changes. Even something similar with chicken, tomato, pesto and cheese called cooking chicken pesto , so good!
