Beet and Potato Casserole with Turkey spiralized
Spiral-beets, carrots and potatoes baked turkey with light cream sauce with grated Gruyere cheese - a worthy dish to your holiday table.
This was inspired by the classic French dish, scalloped potatoes, which are usually made of layering the potatoes into thin slices (cut with a mandolin) with lots of cream and grated cheese
This dish is not only a fraction of the calories of a classic gratin, which is very fast and easy to use thanks to my favorite kitchen gadgets, my to do Spiralizer (indispensable in the kitchen!). I found a monster market carrot Farmer - perfect size for spiralizing of vegetables should be at least 2 inches in diameter. If you can not find a fat carrot, you can a bag of shredded carrots to buy, rather than using here.
Spiralizers not all the same. Yes, they work very well for portable zucchini, but if you spiralizing harder vegetables, investment in decent Spiralizer worth the extra money to plan worth as it is effortless. Inspiralizer is the best of both (shown here), because the suction is exceptional and all the leaves are attached, therefore, is more compact and easier to clean.
