Dinner Skinnytaste Plan (week 10)
Have a beautiful Sunday! This is the week 10 to my plans for the weekly dinner together since the start of Skinnytaste Meal Planner. I plan my meals for the week on the weekend, then make a shopping list before I go to the supermarket.
It was a really busy crazy for me, with Weight Watchers you change your plan overtime, to convert all elements intelligent points week. I was in 2015 and 2014, and work my way down the list.
I was so stressed out that they are not in good health, this week, my goal, more time and less downtime is planning - no equipment, no work, only once in a family, so I can recharge, especially with stress Party received (not to send my Christmas cards).
Anyway, one thing that is a must for me, eating is planning. That keeps me healthy, to organize my week and it allows me to spend less time at the grocery store.
Breakfast, I'm usually a bit fast as eggs and toast smoothies or avocado. I try to do my grocery shopping on Sunday, but you can do what is best for you. . This week I add some favorites on the list, is Relish one of them and made a lot, so we tacos on Tuesdays, Wednesdays rice and the remainder is crowded for lunch at school in thermo Madi.
