Instant Pot (steamer) chicken and lentil soup

Instant Pot (Pressure Cooker) Chicken and Lentil Soup

Chicken soup and lentils done in a pressure cooker - into a nutritious healthy foods to fill you up and makes a lot of servings, so you can leftovers for lunch or freeze the rest!

I've heard a lot about the current pot (a multi-cuisine, which does the work of a slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker, steamer, yogurt, skip / gold ladle and pan heater while) but it was not until before two weeks, I got a lot of requests for instant Pot Recipes. My curiosity led me to Amazon, where I found a lot of rave reviews. Do I need a device? Of course, I bought it to see what the big deal is the first recipe I tried.

I decided to make a recipe that I'm very familiar with (and my family likes) to see how it compares to my house and I have to say I loved the results! I have a few minor adjustments to my cook chicken and lentil soup, basically, I reduced the liquid evaporates and there's nothing I carry all the ingredients into the pot at a time. Close the pot, with the "soup" button and cook (Area Near 02:00) for 30 minutes. When he was done, I do not even know to shred the chicken, it was so tender fell apart with my spoon.

This soup is so abundant, often with chicken legs, breasts, but it also works. And if you are clever at Weight Watchers only 5 points! Now let's talk more about Weight Watcher on the scale. There is so much to say!

I was part of a special group that will receive (you do not pay me in any way through my effort or time) to test (Weight Watchers Thanks!) In their new program early access to this program. My first reaction when I told about the new plan panic, because all I could think about, all the work was in front of me, to change the focus of my recipes! But then I realized how lucky I am to prove it, especially just before the holidays. So I went into the kitchen, monitoring and following smart points in the last three weeks, and my experience with the new plan was wonderful - I even lost those few extra pounds stubborn that I put in my last vacation, but I also like how much the new program focuses on a diet consisting of foods.

Will I change my recipes for smart points? YES! I hope to be patient, I'll try to do this as soon as possible! I will begin in 2015 and work my way down when she says, in addition to the SP points you know that it is updated.

That is what has changed most of you get more points per day, now I have 30 per day, plus 21 points per week. Lean protein such as chicken, shrimp, fish are low in points. All fruits and vegetables are now zero when used in recipes and that includes shakes! Fats like olive oil slightly increased. Carbohydrates such as rice and pasta have increased slightly. Sugar and sweets have risen! Does that mean you can not eat? Actually, no, it's always a balance, if you want the occasional treat, if you still have important decisions made during the day.

What should I eat? Everything you normally eat, I gave them a little better. For example, a lot of eggs and smoothies for breakfast. For breakfast there was usually a bowl of soup (my crockpot soup Butternut is just 2 smart points) or salad and dinner I ate everything that you normally eat - pasta, rice, potatoes, chicken, etc., and even I have points remain to be most nights in a glass of wine.

I'll be all day updating my blog busy, I feel to express myself freely, if you have any questions about my immediate Pot or new points of Weight Watchers Smart.
