This soup was a great success in the country yesterday! I had half of the pumpkin and half gold button left roasted winter squash medley recipe I posted this week, and decided to make soup with it in the slow cooker. But it was still early, and I was lazy and not separate on the way an experience that I have done in the slow cooker with the skins in the same way you did when roasting in the oven would want. It was so easy, squash skins came with a spoon the minute after it has been cooked!
I'm not completely squash soup dip instead I only have 2 cups shallots and turned on high 4:00. Then I added coconut milk and puree them. With a little coconut milk and a pinch of nutmeg covered, this soup was all weak with each sip.
This is so good for you, and loaded with 9 grams of fiber! To view all the nutmeg, which is fine to use, just be sure to cut it in half before it to be in the pot. You can add a little broth if too thick to add to dilute, I found it to be perfect.
