Pecan Pumpkin Banana Bread

Pumpkin Banana Pecan Bread – made light by swapping most of the butter for pumpkin puree, bananas and apple sauce!


So moist and flavorful, made of light by replacing butter with lots of banana, pumpkin and applesauce.

Madison, my youngest daughter loves banana bread, so often only cook for them. I'm curious how you would feel if I added pumpkin and spice to your favorite banana cake pumpkin - and he loved it !! Gluten-free flour used as a test because I already know all purpose white and wholemeal work and the results were very good (I had no idea).

This recipe makes two loaves, you can halve the recipe if you want, or even to reduce as muffins, cooking time.
