16 bean soup with ham and Kale
Winter is here, and there's nothing like a pot of boiling soup to cook all day to heat. This soup is rich and delicious and loaded with fiber. A bowl fill, and leftovers are ideal to freeze for future meals.
Made from a blend of 16 bean soup (if you come with a flavor packet that want to throw), and smoked ham, vegetables, fresh herbs and kale. You want to soak beans before cooking the next day overnight, then discard the water.
I'm sure you could do to speed up in the pressure cooker. When I turned to the kitchen I would use less water. I hope you enjoy!
