Open-Faced omelet with avocado and pico de gallo
I'm pretty obsessed with making omelets face uncovered and do all the time surpassed everything I have in hand (maybe you remember that tomatoes and feta cheese om elet). Since I'm always lawyers on hand, and I had some leftover pico de gallo this recipe, I whipped up the whole week!
It takes less than 5 minutes, and it's so easy to use even half of the omelet back to doing it slides directly to the oven and on the plate. Tell me what you end your omelet? It might be able to use new ideas!
