Asian chopped salad with sesame soy vinaigrette (by the glass)
This colorful Asian-inspired salad with edamame landed, peppers, carrots, peas, cabbage and lettuce and a simple dressing of sesame and soy. A boat is a big part, ideal for lunch or can serve both as a starter.
I love the convenience of using Mason jars for packing salads for lunch on the way. For this, the association is on the bottom of the pot, so you start with the ingredients that make wet. Always put the salad on top, then turn right before you are ready to eat everything to be well mixed and pour into a bowl give it a good shake.
They are fresh in the refrigerator for a week.
