Miso grilled salmon
I'm a little obsessed with salmon (my favorite fish!). It is perfectly charred on the edges with crispy skin and sweet miso marinade is a dream!
It also happens, a super easy dinner - marinade overnight with 3 ingredients, then grilled the next day that is ready in less than 10 minutes! I was with this Asian chopped salad yesterday, but is also very good with rice, quinoa or cauliflower "fried rice".
