Hot mozzarella sticks - can not me of a meal at the popular thumb for children and adults. My oldest daughter Karina loves them and does not disappoint! Light made with part skim mozzarella and coated with crispy breaded and spiced baked (not fried!) until hot and golden. Serve with my quick marinara sauce and a drink everyone wants!

I went through these files as the Super Bowl approaches, it would be an excellent appetizer. Frontcooking and fat cheese party roast with no impact on the way they are. based cheese style, see for yourself!

Of course you need to serve them hot straight from the oven, because, like all cheeses, harden when cooled rapidly.

It took several attempts to get it perfect. I had to see a lot of fun with different brands of cheese in light combat what works best. The winner was skimmed Partly Sergeant, little sodium. Although this is not the cheese with less fat compared to other brands, which are the best flavor and was not as salty as some brands.

These are friendly fridge, in fact, be frozen before cooking, or it will have a big mess of cheese in the oven, so it is best to at least one day in advance! The good news is that you can. All the bread in advance and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and freeze to cook until ready I may then transmit in Ziploc bags, so that every time I want to cook some I simply in the oven! Serve with my marinara sauce or salsa, enjoy!
