Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 18)


Happy Sunday Februar was a crazy month completed the manuscript of my new cookbook, fast and slow Skinnytaste! I am very happy to share it, to start new recipes in Skinnytaste, I have many ideas, so stay tuned! This is the week 18 to share my weekly dinner plans. I use the planner of Skinnytaste food picture above - to plan down my meals for the week (of course you can every meal planners use).

At 52 weeks meal planner, food control and supervision of the exercise in one. I Smart - include points for the revenue side, because I am currently on Weight Watchers. Even if you the Skinnytaste cookbook , and today in Weight Watchers, I have all Smart - points listed here for your convenience.

Meal planning is to obtain a great way organized before they go to the supermarket for the week to prepare! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or a lawyer toast. We are a family of four, so if a recipe is more, it is good for lunch packed all or the next day eaten as leftovers., To see some of the plans for dinner last week, click here .


Skinnytaste dinner plan (week 17)

Monday: asparagus (2SP)
with garlic bread and house salad


Tuesday: Crock Pot balsamic roast of pork (5SP)
with roasted Parmesan Green Beans (1 SP) and salad


Thursday: Remnant


Friday: Cakes with Lump Crab sauce with peppers (4SP each)
House salad with Skinnytaste Cookbook (3SP)

Sunday: Flight to Charleston South Carolina
