M EAL is planning to obtain a great way organized before the s upermarket leave to prepare for the week! My breakfast usually quickly something like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or a piece of avocado. We are a family of four, so that when a ipe rec is more, it is good for lunch packed all or eaten the next day as leftovers.  Sunday: evening - date! 
 Wednesday: Stuffed chicken with house salad (Book)
