Korean Beef Rice Bowls – a quick and easy meal, loaded with flavor for under 400 calories,

Here is a simple weekday Korean dish you can in 20 minutes inspired whip!

I came up with this dish of rice, the other night and it tasted so DANG although new I had to share. I worked 2 blocks from Koreatown when I worked full-time in Manhattan and enjoyed lunch with colleagues at local restaurants. Since then, Korean food is becoming very popular among the Korean restaurants are popping up everywhere. Unfortunately it is not so popular here in Long Iceland (again) when I all the way not travel to Manhattan cook.

An essential component required is the Gochujang sauce. It is a Korean seasoning, which is a little spicy and sweet, and has a very pronounced taste found only in Korean cuisine. It also comes in a paste, losing weight is required. I use Gochujang Annie Chun - sauce as it is available in my local supermarket and is ready for use, or buy it on Amazon !

And I'm obsessed with frozen brown rice dealers Joe! It takes 3 minutes to warm up and the texture is perfect! If you live near a TJ, it is a necessity!
