Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 20)

Greetings to all! Now I'm back in Charleston for a week, where he will film the second half of my new cookbook, fast and slow Skinnytaste (coming in the fall). Once there, I have a book signing at the Festival of Charleston Wine + Food, I have to try new restaurants and some trips when you are not there, but it is a necessity!

This is the week 20 to share my weekly dinner plans. I use the planner of Skinnytaste food picture above - to plan down my meals for the week (of course you can every meal planners use).

Meal planning is to obtain a great way organized before they go to the supermarket for the week to prepare! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or a lawyer toast. Monday: asparagus leek - soup (SP 2) + Pepper Potato - Frittata (SP 5)
Tuesday: Irish Nachos yams (SP 6) and leftover soup

with cauliflower mash (SP 1)

Friday: Pie Shepherd Lite (6 SP)
Sunday: Date Night!

Sunday: corned beef and soup from cabbage (8 SP)
