Greetings to all! Now I'm back in Charleston for a week, where he will film the second half of my new cookbook, fast and slow Skinnytaste (coming in the fall). Meal planning is to obtain a great way organized before they go to the supermarket for the week to prepare! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or a lawyer toast. Thursday: Honey Balsamic Grilled chicken and vegetables (SP 5)
Monday: Crock Pot Corned beef and cabbage (8 SP)
with cauliflower mash (SP 1)
Friday: Pie Shepherd Lite (SP 3)
Sunday: Date Night!
