Rueben filled with pork
The inspiration for this recipe comes from the classic Reuben sandwich. I'm trying ways to think you could enjoy these elements sandwich (pastrami, sauerkraut, Thousand Iceland dressing and swiss cheese) without a sandwich with, and this idea came to mind. I felt very well that would work, because if you do the Skinnytaste cookbook , you know you can - filled with my pork fillet sandwich of Cuba is a similar idea (if not my cookbook, you can the order here ).
This proved to be even better than I could have imagined! The juicy pork, cheese was warm and melted what had much flavor. Pork loin is cut very thin, so do not eat pork, you can use a turkey breast instead.
