I'm out most of this week, I go to Charleston, South Carolina, a book signing Sunday at Charleston Food + Wine Festival #CHSWFF do 2-2: 45pm. If someone is in town, please come and say hello! I'm filming the second half of my cookbook, so I shared a meal plan for the week, I have for my family just to cook meals while I'm gone.

Meal planning is to obtain a great way organized before they go to the supermarket for the week to prepare! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or a lawyer toast.
